Manager Care Home, Enfield, Middlesex

Manager required to take charge of 16 bed care home for the elderly, some of whom have dementia. Manager will have day-to-day responsibility for the organisation, the standard of care, and for the staff.
Location is Enfield, Middlesex.
Basic salary is £20,000 p.a. plus bonus maximum of £2,000 = OTE £22,000.
Candidates should have RMA / NVQ 4 or be on their way to achieving this qualification.
Candidates should have care management / dementia experience.
