Manager Care Home, Baldock, Hertfordshire

Manager required to take charge of 15+ bed residential care home in Baldock, Hertfordshire.
Service users are elderly, some with physical disabilities.
Manager will be responsible for day-to-day organisation, the standard of care, and for the staff.
Care home is independently owned.
Candidates should have RMA / NVQ 4 or be well advanced with their preparation for this qualification.
Candidates should have some care management experience.
The successful candidate will be knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
Salary £22,000 p.a negotiable.
