Customer Account Executive
This is an excellent opportunity within an exciting customer information company which has been created due to their continuing success. The successful candidate will be working alongside the Account Manager and Team Leader in a team of Customer Account Executives
Full training will be given in order to gain understanding of the IT industry, its products and service in addition to company/client information. As the role grows you will liaise with customers and client personnel to research each customer’s current situation. You will then input this information accurately onto the company’s database in order to provide intelligence at request from their clients in a variety of formats.
Applicants must be bright, confident and outgoing with a good educational background but not necessarily a graduate. You will also need to be IT literate with an excellent telephone manner (and not be afraid of making outgoing calls!!). Due to the nature of the work good written communication skills are also a required as well as being a confident team player with the ability to work alone.
