Catagory Assistant


Our client is currently offering a 6 month secondment within planning and administrative support to the category teams in order to facilitate the effective implementation of a category vision in support of Fashion sales growth. To demonstrate a thorough understanding and effective administration of all day-to-day aspects of the Fashion categories to meet agreed annual sales and profit objectives.Further education or high level of previous work experience:GCSE qualification in Maths supported by good score in stats test.Technical Skills:Computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn Avon systems to include PCMS, eProfile, MAPS etc.Good working knowledge of office systems such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Lotus notes etc.Previous extensive office administration experience. Exposure to marketing would be preferable.Other:Attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload to tight deadlines.Flexible and able to work well under pressure.Receptive and responsive to change.Highly numerate.Enthusiastic and willing to increase contribution to the business as quickly as possible.Good communication skills.Good team player.
