Senior CDMA Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

You will be involved in CDMA Systems Engineering for Motorola 3G networks. You will be responsible to generate system requirements in CDMA Call Processing functions.

Work Scope

• Create Customer requirements based on business needs with inputs from Accounts team/standards

• Perform impact analysis on system architecture for a feature development work related to RAN & Call Processing

• Co-ordinate with downstream development teams for new feature requirements and resolve technical issues for feature implementation and test

• Own and maintain Procedures, Deployment & Customer documentation

• Provide support for Functional Area related queries and matters to the development, test, deployment and account teams, including Pager support on rotation.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Masters/Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering
Good Knowledge of CDMA Wireless Systems

Prior experience in System Engineering of CDMA Wireless Network at RAN or Network Element level.

Prior experience in NE development (design, dev, testing) or System Integration and Test or Deployment in CDMA domain.

Good System Perspective/Understanding
Independent, having strong analytical & trouble shooting skills, able to multi-task, with good written/communication skills, self driven and technology focused.
