Personal Advisor for Children & Disabilities Service

Experience working with children with disabilities (physical or learning) children essential. Experience in pathway planning or pathway plans reviews a strong benefit. Any professional qualification a benefit. This role involves working with young people (aged 18 - 25) with physical and learning disabilities and conducting regular reviews of pathways plans and amending these in conjunction with the social worker.
