Group Health & Safety Manager

A large well known construction Company require a Snr Health & Safety professional to provide the Board with a view of HS&E changes and their impact upon the business and to propose actions to address these.

ACTIVITIES
· Research health, safety and environmental issues and trends
· Monitor future growth patterns and technical shifts in Barhale’s business
· Analyse relevant issues and their impact on the business
· Determine how to modify procedures to meet future health, safety and
environmental needs
· Develop a Barhale H,S & E strategy and corporate action plan to take into
account above
· Monitor the effectiveness of health, safety and environment procedures
· Manage safety initiatives
· Own the Integrated Management System jointly with Quality Manager
· Populate and maintain Envoy
· Vice Chair / Chair Company Health, Safety and Environmental Committee
· Ensure external stakeholder engagement is adequate for requirements
· Attend external events to keep in touch with health, safety and environmental
issues
