Microsoft Navision Support Consultant for a leading MBS solutions provider. To £30,000 + car + benefits.

This award winning Microsoft Partner has been established for nearly 25 years and has an excellent reputation in their niche market for designing, implementing and supporting innovative and sophisticated ERP and e-commerce solutions based on Microsoft Navision. They are experiencing rapid growth in their market and require an additional Navision Support Consultant for their help desk division to take support calls from their clients, log queries with Microsoft and resolve service agreement issues. You will need a background in Navision development, with knowledge of Navision financials and functionality and an understanding of accounting. Experience of working in a customer facing environment is essential, together with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills and bags of enthusiasm.
