Accounting Software Support - Pegasus/Sage Training

Do you have IT telephone support skills coupled with knowledge of accounting software? Would you like full training in Sage MMS (mid market solutions) and Pegasus Opera leading to full certification? Our client is a growing professional services company who provide Sage and Pegasus accounting software solutions and management consultancy to a range of businesses in the South West and they are specialists in their field of implementing solutions for the SME marketplace. The ideal candidate for this role will have good IT support/helpdesk/telephone support experience - and will have worked with accounting software from Sage or Pegasus, or another vendor such as Coda, Exchequer, Navision, Great Plains, Sunaccounts, Agresso etc. You should be able to work in a structured manner, be well organised and extremely thorough, and, working for a consultancy, you must be credible when dealing with clients so an excellent telephone manner is essential. Your brief will be to offer telephone and remote support - this is an IT Support role supporting Sage and Pegasus accounts, bespoke applications, in a really nice team environment with a call closure bonus on top of your salary. A full driving license is required for on site visits. Excellent training opportunities exist to develop your technical and consultancy skills and you will have every opportunity to work towards your full chosen certification.
