Applications Support – Accounting software

This small well established and well respected accounting software company, has a requirement for an applications support person to join their team. You brief will be to offer telephone and remote support for Sage Line 100 and Access Dimensions with occasional on site support, so a driving license and car are essential. You should have a background in bookkeeping or accounts, and excellent people skills together with some knowledge of SQL server queries and/or Microsoft Access queries. Accounting package support is essential from a vendor such as Sage, Access Dimensions, Pegasus, MYOB, Exchequer, Great Plains or Coda.
