Microsoft CRM Support/Implementation

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Support Consultants for roles which will include support, implementation and training. This IT Solutions consultancy provides pre-sales, implementation, training, support, and development services for Microsoft accounting Great Plains and Microsoft CRM. They are a Microsoft Business Solutions Centre and Gold Partner and very highly regarded in the community. They also sell and support Sage Software products including: Sage MMS, Sage Line 100 and Act! They pride themselves on their broad technical expertise, real-world business experience, their spirit of true partnership with their clients and their understanding of the complexities of today’s global business market. They offer one of the most comprehensive CRM support packages in the market and need new members for the team. Positions are available at all levels - your skills must include strong support skills on Microsoft CRM; implementation and/or user training experience will earn you a role at a higher level. You will be providing telephone support (communication and customer service skills are a must) windows based remote support and getting involved in Microsoft CRM implementations and on going user training.
