Pegasus or Sage Support/Trainer Bristol

For over 20 years, this Sage and Pegasus reseller has been providing affordable and high quality service to its customers along with unsurpassed long term support. They specialise in tailored solutions across Pegasus Opera II, Sage Line 50 and Sage MMS and have built an enviable reputation for excellence. They need an additional member to provide first and second line support and training services to their ever expanding client base. You will be handling calls and giving remote support with the possibility of on site visits and customer training where necessary. Your background should be in accounting software support, preferably with Pegasus or Sage products, and experience of VB, Excel, Crystal Reports and/or Windows would be very useful. This is a demanding role which requires excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and energy but will see your career go from strength to strength.
