REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

£30,000 base + Bonus + Car
The Hoover Candy Group is at the forefront of new technological developments in the domestic appliance sector, and employ over 1350 people in the UK.
As a result of our continued growth in the UK market we have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced FMCG account manager,covering the South West you will be responsible for sales of the Hoover Candy range of Dishwashers, Washing Machines and Fridges into an existing base of Independent retailers and Kitchen Specialists. The ideal candidate will have at least three years experience in the sales of white goods / appliances.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
The key objective of the role will be to achieve and grow sales for the Hoover Candy Group. This will be achieved through a combination of the following:
• Account development.
• Ensuring that appropriate sales processes are being followed.
• Involvement in implementing sales strategy
• Understanding the market place and ensuring effective reporting of customer feedback
• Coordination of marketing activity with sales efforts
• Reporting on actual results and pipelines.
• Responsible for achieving /exceeding Revenue and Margin targets
• Total responsibility for Account Management, Business Development and Prospect Pipelines.
• Offering a professional service to the customer.

Essential Skills
• With min 3 year's sales experience in white goods based business to business sales.
• Demonstrable track record of high sales achievement .
• Exceptional customer focus and account management skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive and influence the decision process
• Board level/Senior Management negotiation skills
