Marketing and IT assistant

We are looking for a young person to join a rapidly growing company to develop the marketing department. We have what we would call a marketing persons dream situation - the best product on the market and a huge demand. The person we are looking to employ should be comfortable with all types of software put infront of them. As we are a small company we need a multi tasking person - someone who can for example use a Web design package such as Dreamweaver but also have knowledge of database creation and management. Our Web site needs a complete makeover and our database / CRM software needs looking at. In addition we would like someone who has some knowlegde of AutoCAD as we require some technical innovation there too. We are looking to learn from the candidate as well as them learning from us. We will offer a great package to the right person and quite possibly a very satisfying job for many years. You will be reporting directly to the M.D. and will assist closely with organising exhibitions and other marketing activities.
General knowledge of architecture and building technology would be useful. Being a practical person would also give you an advantage.
