Import/Export Service Manager

This large independent forwarder based in Essex currently seek an Import/Export Service Manager to be responsible for all road services to and from Eastern Europe and Russian states. The main duties will be to oversee the department operations, and to ensure that all customers requirements are fulfilled from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be required to offer quotations to clients, agree partner/agents rates, and arrange cost effective collections and deliveries, communicate with the accounts department to settle any cost queries and resolve any disputes in a timely manner.
