Large, Dynamic, chilled foods supplier. Dominant and prestigious within the Marketplace. Reporting to the HR Manager, your role may include supervisory responsibility to HR Assistant. Hours - M-F 8am-5pm. You will be responsible for looking after the Night Shift Mgr and their HR needs. Duties to include: - Development of employee relations, General HR and recruitment of staff, inductions, employee relations, policy and procedure development.Looking for a candidate wanting to move up within their career. Don't have to be fully IPD trained as they are happy to support the right candidate through this training.
