To identify and source candidates for current and future vacancies through the development of an effective network across the industry. The role will involve conducting interviews over the telephone and the provision of detailed information on candidates, as well as working closely with consultants to develop the skills required to move up within the business to consultant level. Recent graduate, or with a couple of years post-graduate experience, ideally within a sales environment, you will be passionate about developing your career within a fast moving, exciting environment. You will have clear and confident communication skills, be a self-starter and above all, you will be a quick learner, and enjoy developing business relationships.
