Telemarketing Executive

TELEMARKETER.
Based North London
Salary £15,000 + Comm, ( OTE £30,000 +)


Our client is a leading business system integrator, who design, supply and support a full range of Telecommunications, Internet & I.T. systems.
As a result of their rapid growth they have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Telemarketer to work with the sales team.

Job Role

1. Daily outbound calls to prospect base: 50 – 100 calls per day.
2. Appointment setting for field sales representative.
3. Relationship building with key prospects decision maker.
4. Information gathering from outbound calling.
5. Updating prospect database with information received from outbound calls.
6. Follow up prospect leads with request for information sent via email and/or by post.
7. Follow-up prospects leads with return / follow-up calls.
8. Send quotes / reports to prospects by email / post and follow-up.
9. Answer incoming calls to office from prospect / customers.
10. General office administration – as and when required.

Skills sets / Qualifications required

1. Ability to make out-bound calls.
2. Able and willing to be trained in telesales role.
3. Keen to learn about technology services for small / medium services – IT, Telecommunications & Internet services.
4. Computer literate – must be conversant with Word / Excel / PowerPoint, Internet & email services.
5. Excellent telephone and communication skills.
6. Dedicated & Loyal individual.
7. Flexible approach to business.
8. Hardworking & sincere individual.
9. Able to work on own initiative, self-starter , requiring very little man-management
10. Educated to ‘O’ level standard.
