Customer Services Clerk

The successful person will be aged 21 plus and be educated to at least GCSE Standard or equivalent, it is essential that they have Liner shipping experience and an understanding of Customs & Port procedures. Duties include checking data for Import handling, transmitting manifests to Customs and Port terminal operators, issuing notice of arrivals, raising invoices, verify and act on delivery & release instructions, receiving delivery instructions and updating on their system. Must have the ability to work on own initiative, work well within a team and be computer literate.
