Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant

Pathway Resourcing are a specialist IT recruitment consultancy. We began in 1996 and have expanded considerably since, becoming market leaders within our industry.

Pathway are now looking to expand further and are searching for the next generation of recruitment consultants. Pathway operates a policy of meritocratic promotion. It’s simple, all employees begin as trainee recruitment consultants and because we operate on 100% organic growth the new trainees progress to become our future team leaders, managers and Directors. Our own Managing Director began as a trainee at 22 and by 25 was our Managing Director.
