Here at Pathway we are looking for a very different type of individual to take on the role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant. The person we are looking for needs to love challenges, be exceedingly ambitious and not afraid of hard work.

The role of a recruitment consultant varies considerably from day to day, liasing with clients and candidates, building relationships and networking your market are all part of the role.

We pride ourselves on the calibre of our consultants and are looking for a number of Trainee Consultants to join our ever-expanding team.
