Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The Leeds division of Pathway is looking for Trainee IT Recruitment Consultants to aid successful expansion of the business.

One weeks extensive training kick starts the in depth 6 month training plan, provided for all trainees, to ensure full and complete capability is maximised as successfully and as early as possible.
The group’s own training plan is one of the best in the industry, providing trainees with an incomparable foundation to begin their role.

All promotion within the group and Pathway is meritocratic; presenting everyone with the same opportunities and ensuring all promotion is internal. Even our Directors began as Trainees.

As well as offering a fast track career and clear, self-generated progression we offer a generous basic salary and an unrivalled, uncapped commission scheme allowing consultants complete control over their earnings.

We can realistically suggest in excess of £40,000+ OTE in your first year, £60k+ in your second and £100k+ in your third. The sky is your limit, within the group we have had a handful of consultants reaching £100k in their first year.
