Social Worker- Looked After Children

Degree or Diploma in Social Work or other GSCC-recognised social work qualification is essential, as is experience working with children and families in a statutory setting. Experience working with children looked after is desirable, although there is the opportunity for this experience to be gained. The role involves carrying a caseload of looked after children, developing and implementing care plans, preparing material for court and participating in care proceedings. This North London post offers a long term contract and the potential for flexible working hours.
