HR Officer


My client is looking for a CIPD qualified HR Officer to provide support, advice and guidance on sickness absence management issues to the client group in line with the company’s policies and procedures. Candidates should have knowledge of current employment and workforce legislation.


Candidate Profile:
To be CIPD Qualified
To have post qualified HR experience
Strong customer service skills.
Be able to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, to all levels of staff and external partners and agencies.
Working knowledge of Microsoft products.
Good presentation skills.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
Up to date knowledge of employment legislation.
Knowledge of social diversity and equal opportunities and the ability to demonstrate this throughout all aspects of practice.
Provide clear evidence of supporting managers through absence management procedures.
