Business Analyst with Oracle or other ERP experience

Immediate requirements for Business Analysts with strong analysis and design capability and business knowledge. As the senior business analyst, you will have a varied role working with a large team implementing a major change programme that will lead to a wide variety of projects involving the latest technologies.

In order to interpret the requirements, analyse the current processes and to identify solutions for a variety of projects, you will be an analytical thinker who can communicate with people at all levels. You will have a thorough approach to process modelling and documentation and be able to prepare technical specifications and to communicate these to the in-house or outsourced development resource as required. You will be effective during the implementation of the process changes as a change agent and project manager and able to take part in end to end delivery of solutions.
