SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER with Oracle Implementation Experience

- Proven project manager who is comfortable taking the lead in defining processes
- Delivery Manager who strives for customer service excellence and embraces best practice
This is a one-off opportunity make your mark in a new role and to add value to our client's business by managing the support operations.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Strong application support background
- Domain/Product knowledge eg ERP, CRM and other applications ideally
- Customer delivery approach
- Recent work experience with vendor or services provider
- Experience in management roles in large complex environments
- Project Manager who can lead cross functional teams
- Delivery Manager who can execute
- ITIL Certified - not essential
- Change manager who can manage the transition
- Clear understanding of acceptance criteria
- Passion for adopting best practice and experience setting standards
- Ability to take the initiative and offer thought leadership
- Good presentation skills backed by practical experience
- Pre-Sales experience ideally
- Creativity in packaging bundles of service offerings
- Ability to articulate our client's value proposition and leverage business opportunities
