Training Manager - UPK experience - Contract opportunity in New Zealand where the sun rises first

Be the Training Team Leader for a large project from strategy to execution.

Training specialist and UPK consultant required to assist with a large training project associated with an ERP implementation for a large complex client. As part of the project, the client is implementing a User Productivity Kit (UPK) and requires a consultant with functional experience with Oracle e-business suite ideally as well as training, and especially UPK configuration experience.

- 3-4 months
- 4+ years as developer of training materials
- Experience with the Oracle UPK or similar training development tool.

This is a senior technical position reporting to the change management office for a person with good conceptual clarity and proven expertise in training for ERP projects. You will be involved in this large ERP project from the outset, defining strategy, undertaking a training needs analysis, developing a curriculum, planning and executing the training programme in line with best practice.

- You will draw on your past experience developing instructor led computer based training (CBT) and web based training (WBT) programmes.
- You will be capable of leading a team of trainers that will be responsible for setting up and managing a training environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
