North-West London Mental Health Support Worker

An opportunity has arisen for a role as a support worker in a mental health team. The role is to provide practical and emotional support to people with mental health problems. A certificate in mental health or the equivalent ( eg NVQ in Health and Social Care, Level 3 ) is essential. 12 months mental health experience in a statutory setting is essential. You will work within an integrated multi-disciplinary CMHT to create care plans, perform risk assessments and design care packages. This role offers the opportunity for a long-term contract.
