A role has become available working in a highly specialized small and friendly team. Based in South London. The position will involve assessment of substance misuse clients and group work, developing care-plans and key-working clients. The role may also involve outreach work with the role of attracting clients, liaising with local services in the area and advocating work around issues regarding housing and education.
