South London Housing Options Officer

A role has arisen for a housing options officer in South London. The job is to be a member of the Housing Office team ensuring that a high quality service is delivered to the customer in accordance with the Directorate’s Housing service plans and Housing Plus initiatives. You will have main responsibility for undertaking the tenancy and Leasehold Management function. Experience of working in front-line housing management and a thorough understanding of tenancy and leasehold management is essential. A knowledge of housing repairs and maintenance is also essential. The role offers the opportunity for a long-term contract.
