Sales Coach / Trainer – London

Salary 45-55k (reporting to the Head of Training & Development)

Our client is looking for someone to coach the Senior Sales Team within the IT/ Telecoms sector to improve and develop existing talent within the business and continue to raise the selling standard of the team.

The position requires the candidate to design and deliver the sales process methodology and deliver all necessary training within the sales process, you will be required to assess the training needs within the sales team and deliver appropriate training programmes which are aligned within the sales process and the Good to Great development programme.

As a Sales Coach / Trainer you will be required to manage third party suppliers, deliver training sessions with a special focus on ‘new selling skills’.

To be successful for this position you will have experience in selling to legal practitioners, selling to strategic decision makers, reviewing training and delivery methods for new opportunities and technologies, have experience of working within a sales operation team and online training departments.

You will be required to have a proven track record of working successfully in a challenging & commercially driven sales environment and have experience of working in a b2b business. You will have experience within a sales training role along with good negotiation skills whilst maintaining and building excellent client relationships preferably in an online solution or publishing environment.

Experience in problem solving, excellent communication skills, effective delivery results, business and industry knowledge is required.
