A statutory service is looking for a drug and alcohol practitioner to join its team. Based at a central office the role will involve giving support to clients with alcohol addiction issues across a number of services. The role will involve assessing clients and designing care plans to address their addictive behaviour through the use of key work while offering advice on harm reduction or relapse prevention.
