South London Hospital Qualified Social Worker

An opportunity has arisen for a role as a qualified social worker in a hospital. A degree in social work, diploma in social work, CQSW, Masters in social work or other GSCC recognized qualification in social work is essential. Experience working with clients with mental health issues is essential. Experience working with clients with learning disabilities is also essential. Post-qualifying social work experience is essential. This is an in-patient service for adults with complex needs. You will be required to perform assessments, carry a caseload and design person-centered care plans. This role offers the potential for a long-term contract.
