East London Adults Senior Practitioner

An opportunity has arisen for a role as a Senior Practitioner working in an adults team. A degree in social work, diploma in social work, CQSW, Masters in social work or other GSCC recognized qualification in social work is essential. Experience working as a Senior Practitioner in an adults team is essential. Candidates must have some management experience and some experience with caseload management, prioritising workload, allocations management, experience of supervising care managers and junior staff and addressing performance issues . This role offers the potential for a long-term contract.
