Substance misuse practitioner

Experience case managing substance misuse clients experience is essential.

A Derbyshire service is looking for a substance misuse practitioner to join its team. The role will involve initially assessing clients with a range of drug addiction including opiate and stimulants. The role will involve designing care plans to include therapeutic key work sessions to address their addictive behavior. This role has to possibility to be extended.
