Chef de Partie

Our client is currently seeking an experienced
Chef de Partie to join their busy Portsmouth based team.

Although initially temporary, some roles could lead to permanent opportunities for the right candidate/s.

Candidates will ideally have:

· NVQ Level 2 & 3 food hygiene

· 2+ years practical experience

· Excellent communication skills and a diplomatic but confident manner

· The ability to ‘create’ and ‘design’ menus

· The ability to motivate junior staff

· A flexible outlook to hours / workloads

· And must be passionate about the industry

£7.50-£8.50p/h

(Local contract, 37 - 45 hrs p/week)
