Learning and Development Manager

Our client is currently looking to recruit Learning and Development Manager.
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating Learning and Development solutions for a high performance workforce.

The role will also be responsible for co-ordinating the design and delivery of emergency role training, Health & Safety and environmental training as well as the accreditation of internal and external trainers to ensure high standards of training delivery.

The environment is highly regulated and you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

CIPD qualified, with a proven background in training/ learning and development, you will have experience of design, delivery and evaluation of L & D solutions with experience of Learning Management systems.

Have exceptional oral, written, presentation and facilitation skills and possess strong commercial acumen.
