Maintenance Electrician

You must be time served, ideally multi skilled, but definitely with experience of working in a manufacturing environment.

Your duties will involve project work, primarily involving modifications to existing equipment, including upgrades to electrical safety systems, from drawings provided by Project Engineers. You will have a clear understanding of health and safety issues in a factory environment and will regard these, along with providing a proactive service to your manufacturing customers, as paramount in your work.

You should be able to demonstrate strong problem solving skills and, while able to work as part of a team, you must also be organised and effective working on your own initiative.

This position is dayshift Monday – Friday 37 hours a week. You must be flexible in approach to work and working hours.
