A local service is looking for an experienced substance misuse practitioner to join its alcohol team. The role will involve performing triage assessments on clients (primarily alcohol with some poly drug use) followed by care planning to include interventions such as harm reduction or detox with the possiblitly of some group work. This position is likely to be a long term position.
