NOC Front Office Shift Leader
The position of NOC Front Office Shift Leader will include:
• Plan & perform all the shift operational activities.
• Support and implement MSTOP processes.
• Approve and review leave of people in his/her team.
• Report security breach incidences.
• Sanctioning shift allowances of his/her team members.
• Suggest for corrective and preventive actions of security threats.
• Act as a planned work coordinator for emergency requests beyond normal office hours.
General requirements:
• Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Basic and 1st line of support technical trainings: Core, BSS, Utran and Transmission.
• Vast experience in Operation & Maintenance implementation /integration /operation / support or testing environment.
• Technical awareness of different monitoring systems from the globe vision, different technologies OMC, OSS Citrix, Clients, Mobile Element Management systems, OAM different management tools.
• Good knowledge of service networks / service applications characteristics and capabilities.
• Good knowledge of service performance indicators and their interpretation.
• Support system knowledge and shall be able to use required applications after proper set-up, with use of documentation without further assistance.
• Knowledge of services and service applications implementation / integration processes.
• Knowledge in Access-, Core-, Transport-, and Service- Networks.
• Fluency in English
