Central London Community Care Qualified Social Worker

An opportunity has arisen for a role as a qualified social worker working in Central London. A degree in social work, diploma in social work, CQSW, Masters in social work or other GSCC recognized qualification in social work is essential. The role involves helping and supporting adults aged 18 and over and their carers if they need help to live independently. Where possible this help is provided in their own homes. Experience with adults with physical, learning or sensory disabilities or mental health issues would be a strong benefit. You will carry a caseload of up to 20 people, design care plans, carry out reviews and perform assessments. This role offers the opportunity for a long-term contract.
