Alcohol misuse GP liaison

Experience case managing alcohol misuse clients is essential. A nursing qualification (RGN/RMN) is a benefit. Experience training health care professionals is a benefit.



A local substance misuse service is looking for an alcohol practitioner to work in liaison with local GP surgeries offering interventions for alcohol misuse clients. The role will involve contacting GPs across the borough with a view to organising training sessions with health care professionals including GPs. The role will also involve assessing clients in the surgeries and designing interventions to address their addictions.
