SAP Service Delivery Manager
As the SAP Service Delivery Manager for this highly successful SAP and System integration company you will be responsible for the successful transition and on-going support of a business wide SAP Retail system.
In detail you will hold responsibility for -
Addressing SAP operational support and delivery issues.
Analysing business process changes to address recurring issues.
Managing the SAP application support services team to meet SLAs in the transitional and operational phase
Interfacing with the SAP implementation team to design training plans and ensure effective knowledge transfer to the support team
Drive the development and continuous improvement of the support team and key users, through training, assessment and coaching
Risk assessment
Manages customer relationships and expectations
You will possess skills and experience in the following areas -
Proven success in developing, implementing and operating SAP projects
SAP FI CO skills.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, organizational, customer service and communication skills.
Strong drive and bias for action as well as excellent time management skills.
Global management experience with distributed teams is desired, as this engagement will be delivered utilizing resources across Europe, North America and Asia.
Adaptable and responsive to change.
The position will be based in Hemel Hempstead and will involve around 10% of your time in travel. Remuneration for the role is excellent with salary in the range of £60k to £70k. Benefits, car allowance and a non-contributory pension will boost this boost this by another £10k to £15k.
