SAP Change Control Specialist

An SAP Change Control Specialist is required for this household name in consumer electronics. An opportunity has been created for a specialist with Basis and transportation experience to join their highly professional SAP team.

The role will be responsible for the co-ordination, administration and control of all SAP application change requests for our client's European wide SAP system. You will ensure that the change control process is implemented professionally, in a timely fashion, and with minimum risk to the production environment.

You will hold responsibility for authorising all technical changes and for ensuring all changes are sanctioned by the business. You will also implement software, processes and procedures so as they conform to SOX compliance requirements.

Candidates should possess the following skills -

SAP experience gained in a complex environment preferably with exposure to Remedy.

SAP Transportation skills

Exposure to an IBM systems environment

Excellent planning, prioritization, communication and organisational skills.

Good decision maker with the ability to manage conflicting requirements and priorities.

Previous experience of working in a customer facing or support role with good customer care skills.

Salary will be circa £40,000 with a significant benefits package that includes sizable discount on a range of consumer electronics.
