Human Resources Manager - Libya

Multinational company in the construction and real estate industry is looking for a Human Resources Manager for Libya.

Functions:
- Recognize, plan, execute and evaluate local HR needs.
- Responsible for recruiting and employee orientation.
- Manage employment relationships along with implement labour relations policies and procedures.
- Contribute to local labour legislation issues.
- Be responsible for institutional relations.
- Provide personnel administration.
- Coordinate and guide matters related to expatriates as well as relocation.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Law, Post-graduate degree is advantage.
- Profound knowledge of Libyan law.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in similar position.
- Knowledge of industrial sector.
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic as well as English. Spanish knowledge is advantage.
- Solid IT-skills.
- Energetic, flexible and target oriented attitude is valuable.
