SAP BW Consultant

As a SAP FI CO Support Analyst with my client in Hertfordshire you will play a leading role in supporting their extensive array of financial systems as they embark on a major systems review. You will work closely with the implementation teams, Service Delivery Managers and users to ensure that new requirements and support issues are managed both effectively and efficiently.

The principal responsibilities of the role are to -
• Resolve SAP trouble tickets
• Design solutions
• Troubleshoot and coordinate support issues
• Perform root cause analysis and develop fixes
• Assist in training front-line help desk resources.
• Knowledge sharing/training within support team and business users
The role requires an experienced FI/CO professional with skills gained on SAP release 4.7 or higher, together with experience of Idoc error investigation and resolution. In addition to your technical skills you will have well developed interpersonal skills and will be an able and effective communicator. Skills in the MM, SD and BW modules would be advantageous.

Salary will vary with experience, but will be to £60,000 plus a significant benefits package. Furthermore this role is based on site and will not involve any significant travelling or working away from home.
