French Speaking Customer Service Representative

Our client is a leading name in the construction technology industry, with operations across the globe. They currently require a French speaking Customer Service Representative to work in their office in Wigan.

As the successful applicant, your role will involve dealing with a variety of customer queries on a daily basis, speaking to both domestic and international clients. You will also be dealing with order processing, handling complaints, and proactively supporting the sales & marketing activity including follow-up calling and sales calls.

Essential skills/strengths:

• Must be fluent in French spoken and written
• Computer literate
• Attention to detail and ability to absorb information through training.

This role would also suite a graduate.
