Our Fully private Clients are looking for an experience AICU nurse to be responsible for the provision of a Clinical and Management role within AICU/HDU. This will require the effective management, organisation and delivery of high quality nursing care/clinical leadership of the nursing team.

The role requires the post holder to work closely with the Programme Manager and Clinical Director of the Critical Care & Medicine Directorate to ensure the development and strategic advancements of these services.

Candidates must be a RGN and have an ENB 100 or equivalent, ENB 998 or equivalent. Minimum of five years experience in a G grade position or equivalent in an adult ICU (Level 3), Clinical knowledge and experience of adult medical and surgical intensive care nursing.

Experience of implementing research and audits of care, understanding of risk management, a proven record of managing change, an ability to negotiate and work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team and excellent organisational skills will also be required.
