Experience assessing drug and alcohol clients is essential. Experience performing community care assessments is a benefit. A car driver would be a benefit.

An East Midlands service is looking for an experience substance misuse practitioner for a long term temporary placement. The role will involve performing drug and alcohol community care assessments for clients referred to the service from across the area. Training can be given to someone with other substance misuse assessment experience. The role will involve providing a care plan and package of care that will be reviewed by the successful candidate, to include visiting outside placements to maintain a high standard of care. This role offers flexible hours.
