A vacancy has arisen for a Paediatric Intensivist to join one of our private Client’s well equipped private hospital based in London.

The position is intended as middle grade cover to the consultant staff by suitably qualified intensivists, physicians, anaesthetists or surgeons wishing to extend their experience in critical care.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to interact with a number of senior consultants from many specialties including, amongst others, Surgery, Cardiology, Oncology, Anaesthesia and Intensive Care and to further develop the interpersonal skills required to work in a multi-disciplinary setting. The successful applicant will be responsible to the Consultant Intensivist.

Applicants must have full registration with the General Medical Council, have current EPLS training, at least 18 months experience in their primary specialty, good airway skills, six months in Intensive Care Medicine and at least part I of the primary specialty professional exam (FRCA, MRCS, MRCP or equivalent). Preference will be given to those with a full professional degree.
